Based in Doncaster, England Noel Village have developed technical and production facilities to manufacture a wide range of products from intricate components weighing less than 1kg to high pressure sub sea control valves weighing over 3,500kg.

Our materials expertise is second to none and encompasses all grades of steel from carbon steel to exotic grades such as inconel and stellite.

We pride ourselves with a strong technical capability covering casting design, metallurgy and non destructive testing which ensure that our customer’s products meet the most exacting standards. We often supply proof or fully machined castings and in addition fully assembled components, incorporating cast and fabricated parts can be supplied.

Our manufacturing facilities have been established to optimise production efficiency and enable us to supply our customers with high quality products in the best possible lead times and at competitive prices.

Our technical team are able to assist our customers with their product design so that the design criteria can be met while improving castability and thus minimising production costs.
 
In addition to manufacturing components to our customer’s designs and specifications we also have our ‘Wheel Sets (UK)’ business who design and manufacture wheel and bogie assemblies for various industrial applications. These include mining, tunnelling, and more specialist applications including nuclear flask transfer and retractable roof sections for large stadiums.
